EXHIBITION

Plenty of time is allocated for lunches and coffee breaks. Note that breaks are not intended as time buffers in the program but should provide participants with good opportunities to visit the different company exhibitions or engage in fruitful interactions with colleagues. It is important to us that the companies find the time at the conference well spent and choose to come back and join us at coming conferences.
Companies, consulting firms, institutes, etc. are invited to present their products and services at the exhibition which will be arranged directly outside the conference hall. The exhibition is open from August 19, 8:30 am until 1:00 pm August 20.

When: August 19, 6 pm to 11 pm.

The excursion starts with a boat ride through the harbour of Gothenburg and out into the west coast archipelago. Then, under the arches of Swedish military, religious and penal history we will enjoy a three course dinner with wine and – if we are lucky - perhaps one or two good stories.

Price: SEK 625 (including 25% VAT/moms, SEK 500 excl VAT/moms). The fee includes transportation, dinner, beverages. An invoice will be sent out by email and should be paid before the conference start. Time: The bus picks us up at the conference venue 30 min after the last session, and returns to the city at around 11 pm.

The New Elfsborg fortress has an exciting history which extends over a period of nearly 400 years. It was built as a protection against the Danes after a legendary attack on Gothenburg in 1644. The fortress served its purpose, and resisted heavy bombardment in the late 18th century. It was subsequently converted to a 'bomb-safe monastery' and later a prison. Today it is a popular excursion and sightseeing destination.
