Personal text

I am from assorted scientific backgrounds. I studied mechanic in technical school and changed field to pharmaceutical sciences in undergraduate level. I am interested in machine and computer, as well as medical sciences. That why I end up with bioinformatics research. Recently, this is my great opportunity to join Nielsen’s lab for Systems and Synthetic Biology, one of the most productive research groups in this area. My research work is about human tissue specific metabolic network modelling and analysis. Beside research work, I am also interested in protein modelling and simulation, phylogenetics and biophysics.
